Sarah joined Capital in 2009 to  manage the operations team. She has minimal experience in professional services but is slowly building up an impressive vocabulary of technical web terms while working in a number of client account and marketing communication channels.

Luke Hendley

Technical Team Leader


While Luke strives to live the life of a 'forever student' we tend to rail him back in of a morning and put him to work at what he does best. As technical lead of a team of web developers, Luke efficiently allocates work to team members while assisting with technical and design decisions, documentation and administration while also keeping up-to-speed with development progress and support handover preparation.

Mark Croft

Chief Executive Officer


Mark is the brains and driving force behind Capital. Being fully qualified in CTT+ , he brings a lot of skill and knowledge to the company. His ethos means that if Mark is told that something is not possible, he finds a way to make it happen. He is always up for a challenge.

Steve Rattigan

Senior Web Developer


Steve's real passion is for web technologies and website development. We admire his passion for great, clean code and translating the creative team’s wonderful designs into sites that work and bring our clients more business. Steve has a rare skill in that he manages to combine an intense level of geek-like knowledge with the capability to actually talk to our clients.

Stephen McGuigan

 

Technical Architect


While Stephen is an integral part of the team, he is generally found, and happiest, when he is locked away in the data centre working miracles with the servers. He does, however, sometimes need to be removed from the cold, noisy environment of the data centre and be re-introduced to people and sunshine.
Steph O'Neill

Lead Copywriter


Steph is the final string to our management bow. Her insight into consumer psychology helps her to inspire an audience. Steph enjoys working for online projects and is particularly interested in social media and the positive effect it can have on a company. Recently, she has developed from a general copywriter to a specialist in online content.
